About Us

Reunite Mississippi is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the investigation of missing and unidentified persons across the state through collaboration, innovation, and compassion. Our mission is twofold: to assist law enforcement and medicolegal agencies in solving cases by leveraging existing resources and developing new strategies, and to support families of the missing by ensuring they receive the guidance, information, and care they deserve.

We believe that every person deserves to be found and every family deserves answers. To fulfill this mission, Reunite Mississippi works to:

• Strengthen partnerships among law enforcement, forensic professionals, and community organizations to improve investigative outcomes.

• Encourage the exchange of information and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in missing and unidentified person cases.

• Host annual regional Missing Persons Day events to connect families with resources and raise public awareness.

• Support legislation aimed at improving policies and procedures related to missing and unidentified individuals.

• Provide training and educational opportunities for law enforcement and medicolegal professionals throughout Mississippi.

• Advocate for and stand beside families of the missing, ensuring they are never alone in their search for answers.
